CHIME Athletics Enrichment Program
The CHIME Athletics Enrichment program is a competitive after-school sports program. As members of the San Fernando Valley Private School (SFVPSL) and the Charter Schools Association (CSA), we compete against neighboring schools, working on developing sports-specific skills such as strategies, fitness, and sportsmanship. This competitive sports program is open to all students in grades 4th- 8th.
Sports are seasonal as opposed to semesters. Girls, Boys and Unisex teams are available.

Those who participate in the program must maintain the responsibility of being a scholar, leader, and athlete. Practices and games are mandatory and it is important athletes show up on time with equipment on and ready to start. Emergencies and illnesses do arise; please make sure you contact the team’s coach at least 24 hours in advance prior to a practice or game.
Participants need to maintain an average GPA of 2.0 or higher with no F’s or U’s to be eligible to play in games and practices with the team. If this GPA is not maintained, it can result in removal from team activities. Grade checks will be collected weekly by the Coach. For Elementary, the participants need to maintain positive academic and behavioral habits for class. Academic and behavior checks will be collected weekly by the Coach. If academics and behavior are not maintained, it can result in removal from team activities. Unsportsmanlike conduct will NOT be tolerated by coaches, parents, or athletes and can result in loss of privileges in participating in the program.
Communication throughout the season will be through your team’s ParentSquare page. Please make sure you are registered with ParentSquare.com. Schedules and volunteer requests will be through ParentSquare. So it is important to submit forms ASAP in order for you to receive important information from your coach.
Registering for a team must be completed before the registration deadline of each season. No applicants will be accepted after the deadline. Registration is online and opens prior to the season with a strict sign up deadline.
A schedule of games will be listed, and a weekly update of practice and games will be on the Team’s ParentSquare page.
***PAYMENT $180 per season. Payment is processed via credit card during online registration. Payment must be made to complete registration for that specific season.
